A. General Questions

How do I change my profile photo?

The profile photo displayed on the Hadirr app’s main page is the face registration photo used by the facial recognition system to match your face when recording attendance.

This face registration photo can only be reset or updated by your company’s admin. Here are the steps you can take:

  1. Contact your company admin to request a reset of your face registration photo

  2. Once the admin has reset it, you can take a new face registration photo by using the “Clock In” feature

How do I get a Hadirr app token?

You can request a new token through the following options:

a. Email

Send a request using your registered email address in Hadirr. The token will be sent after the email is submitted.

b. SMS

Send a request using the phone number registered to your Hadirr account. The token will be sent to you via SMS.

c. Company Admin

Request the token from your company’s admin who manages the Hadirr portal.

What should I do if the login token is invalid?

Some possible reasons why the token is invalid include:

a. Incorrect characters entered

b. The token has expired (valid for 3 hours after being received)

c. Internet connection was interrupted during the token submission process

How do I log out of the Hadirr app?

Hadirr does not have a logout button. If you switch devices or want to fully log out, you can:

a. Clear the app data through your phone settings

b. Or uninstall the Hadirr app

How do I log in to the Hadirr app?

To log in to Hadirr, the main requirement is that the employee must have a token. This token can only be used by one user, meaning each employee will receive their own unique token that cannot be shared or reused by others.

Tokens are usually provided by the Company Admin, or sent via Email or SMS to employees whose data has been registered in the Hadirr system.

Why does my app close automatically when opened?

A force close in the Hadirr app occurs when the application suddenly shuts down and cannot be used when opened or while running certain features.

Common causes of force close in the Hadirr app:

  • Unreadable cache and app data
Temporary files that cannot be read may disrupt the app’s performance

  • App version not compatible with the device’s operating system
This often happens after an OS update or if the app has not been updated

  • Internet connection issues
Hadirr requires a stable connection, especially for login, attendance, and GPS access

  • Incomplete permissions
For example, the app is not granted access to location, camera, or storage

  • Insufficient device memory
Low RAM or nearly full internal storage can cause the app to fail to run properly

Solutions to Fix Hadirr Force Close Issues:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
Refresh the Hadirr app or go to Settings > Apps > Hadirr > select “Force Stop”, then reopen the app.

  • Clear Hadirr cache
Go to Settings > Apps > Hadirr > Storage > select “Clear Cache.”

  • Update the Hadirr app
Make sure you are using the latest version from the Google Play Store or App Store.

  • Check app permissions
Go to Settings > Apps > Hadirr > select “App Permissions”, then enable all required permissions.

  • Restart your device
Sometimes force close issues are caused by temporary system glitches.

  • Reinstall the app
If other methods do not work, uninstall Hadirr and reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store.

What if I don’t have an internet connection when trying to clock in?

Hadirr provides an Offline Mode feature, allowing users to record attendance even without an internet connection (both Wi-Fi and mobile data).

In this mode, attendance data will be temporarily stored on the device and automatically sent to the system once an internet connection is available.

Example:

If you clock in at 08:00 while offline, the data will be saved on your phone. When the internet becomes available, for example at 08:30, the data will be automatically sent and received by the admin.

Limitations:

GPS is not active in Offline Mode. Since GPS in Hadirr requires an internet connection, the attendance location will not be recorded.

📌 Note:

The Offline Mode feature is currently only available on Android devices.

My Hadirr app is not responding when tapped. How can I fix it?

If your network connection is stable but the Hadirr app is not responding, please try restarting the app (kill apps) or restarting your phone. This can help restore the app’s functionality. You can also refer to the sample video tutorial for how to perform a kill apps on Hadirr.

📌 Note:

The steps may vary depending on the type of phone you are using.

I forgot to clock out the previous day. How can I record it?

You will see a notification like this when you forgot to record your clock out on the previous day and attempt to clock inon the next day.

From the notification, you will be given several options below:

  1. Real Time: record yesterday’s clock-out by taking a real-time face photo at that moment

  2. Pick Time (if the company enables manual attendance settings): record yesterday’s clock-out manually by selecting the previous date and the clock-out time

  3. Skip: ignore it (choose not to record yesterday’s clock-out)

Can overtime be recorded using clock in and clock out?

No, it cannot. To record overtime, you need to click “Start Overtime” and “End Overtime.” Here’s how:

  1. Overtime before working hours

Click Start Overtime (Overtime In) when overtime begins, then access End Overtime (Overtime Out) before clicking Clock In.

  2. Overtime after working hours

Make sure you have completed Clock Out first. Then proceed by clicking Start Overtime (Overtime In), and once the overtime is finished, click End Overtime (Overtime Out).

How can I check my working hours / schedule in the Hadirr app?

You can view your work schedule if your admin has already set your shift or working pattern. Tap the three-dot icon in the bottom right corner, then select Working Hours.

How can I record attendance if I forget to bring my phone?

Hadirr provides a Lend App feature, which allows you to record attendance using a coworker’s phone that has the Hadirr app installed. This feature is only available if your company has enabled it. To use it, click the three-dot icon > click Lend App.

How to change time and time zone settings on your phone?

You cannot use Hadirr to record attendance if your device is not set to automatic time settings.

Why can’t I find my coworker’s name when accessing the Lend App feature?

The reasons why an employee’s name does not appear in the Lend App feature are:

  1. The employee has not activated their Hadirr account,

  2. Or your company admin has not yet invited the employee to the Hadirr application. Please coordinate with your company admin regarding this issue.

Notification features will only work if you have a work pattern or shift schedule. Attendance reminders will appear 10 minutes before working hours start. To enable attendance notifications, follow these steps:

Support is available on weekdays, Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 WIB.

B. Attendance Location

What if I am already at the location but it keeps showing “Out of Range”?

Basically, Hadirr only transfers location data from Google Maps on each user’s phone. Therefore, you can try the following steps:

  1. Make sure your phone’s GPS setting is set to “High Accuracy”, as shown in the tutorial video here: https://bit.ly/akurasi-tinggi-GPS

  2. When recording attendance, make sure your current location matches your actual position (you can check this by tapping the current location GPS icon in the Hadirr app)

  3. Make sure your network connection is stable (minimum speed of 0.5–1 Mbps). This is because the network affects the phone’s ability to capture GPS location accurately at that moment.

Why does GPS always show “Out of Range” even after restarting the Hadirr app?

  1. Here are some possible reasons why the “Out of Range” issue may occur:

    • The employee is attempting to clock in outside the designated attendance radius

    • The internet connection is unstable when accessing the Hadirr app, causing inaccurate map location detection

    • The GPS accuracy on the mobile device has not been set to “High Accuracy” mode

  2. To ensure your attendance is recorded at the correct location, follow these steps:

    • Open the Hadirr app

    • Tap Clock In / Clock Out menu

    • Tap the maps icon in the top right corner until the map appears and shows your current location

    • Go back by tapping the camera icon in the top right corner

    • Then proceed with attendance recording

  3. To ensure your network connection is stable so that attendance data is properly recorded, please perform a speed test using the following link: https://www.speedtest.net/

  4. To set your GPS to High Accuracy mode, follow these steps:

    • Open Mobile Settings

    • Select the Location menu

    • Under location mode, choose “High Accuracy” or enable “Improve Location Accuracy”: https://bit.ly/akurasi-tinggi-GPS

Why is the Hadirr camera screen blank or GPS unable to detect location?

Camera or GPS issues in the Hadirr app are caused by limited application permissions. To record attendance, the app requires permissions from your device. To adjust Hadirr app permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings

  2. Select Apps, then find Hadirr

  3. Tap App Permissions

  4. Enable permissions for Camera, Location, and Storage

Can attendance or client visits in the Hadirr app be recorded using fake GPS?

No, it cannot. If you try to access Hadirr (to record attendance) using a fake GPS application, you will see a message such as “Please remove your fake GPS application” or “Please turn off mock location first” when opening the Hadirr app.

C. Attendance Data

How can I view attendance, visit, and reimbursement history in Hadirr?

Click the “History” icon to view your attendance, visit, and reimbursement records.

📌 Note:

You can select the date range of the data you want to display by tapping the filter icon in the top right corner of the History menu.

Why is my attendance data pending admin approval?

This usually happens because certain requirements are not fully met. For example:

  1. The attendance location does not match the location set by the company

  2. The face photo does not match the reference face registered during initial setup (depending on the company’s Hadirr settings)

  3. Attendance was recorded offline or without an internet connection

  4. Overtime

📌 Note:

You may contact your company’s attendance admin to request approval of your attendance record.
