Synchronizing Attendance Data from Hadirr to Gadjian

Key things you need to know about sending attendance data from Hadirr to Gadjian

Written by Luna

Hadirr and Gadjian are two separate applications. However, they can be connected so that attendance data from Hadirr can be sent to Gadjian for further processing.

First, you need to understand how to connect Hadirr and Gadjian by clicking the button below:

Second, please note that the current integration between Hadirr and Gadjian only supports sending attendance time data (excluding attendance status and notes), which includes:

  • Clock-in time

  • Clock-out time

  • Overtime in

  • Overtime out

Third, you also need to understand how Hadirr sends attendance data to Gadjian. The following points will help clarify the concept:

  1. Attendance data from Hadirr will be automatically sent to Gadjian in real-time (instantly) once it is detected on the page Daily Attendance.

  2. If the attendance data requires admin approval (Waiting for Approval), it will only be sent to Gadjian after it has been approved. Once approved, the data will appear on the Daily Attendance page (as mentioned in point 1).

  3. If a Hadirr admin deletes attendance data on the Daily Attendance page, the data will also be deleted in Gadjian.

Note: This does not apply in reverse.

  4. Changes to attendance status made in Hadirr do not automatically affect or update the attendance status in Gadjian.

Below is an example of changing the status from HHK (Present at workday) to I (Other permitted leave) to S (Sick leave) in Hadirr and how it appears in Gadjian.

  5. Employees who record overtime attendance in Hadirr will always require admin approval, as it is related to payroll. Therefore, the attendance data must be approved first before it can be sent to Gadjian in real-time (as mentioned in point 1).

    Important !

Employees who work overtime on both working days and non-working days (holidays) must still tap overtime in and overtime out to record their overtime hours. This ensures that overtime pay is properly calculated in the Gadjian payslip.

Hope this helps! :)
