Employee personal data is a key requirement to start using Hadirr. Some employee data will affect the login process and overall use of the Hadirr application. Therefore, Hadirr requires Admins to fill in several mandatory fields, which are marked with a red asterisk (*).
Hadirr provides several alternative methods for inputting employee data as follows:
A. Input Data One by One
Employee data can be added manually, one by one, through the menu:
Personnel > Add New Personnel > Add Individually, by completing the following information:
Employee Name
Gender
Employee ID
Active Email Address
Active Phone Number that can receive SMS (not just active on WhatsApp), as the token will be sent via SMS to the registered number
Work Start Date
If you want to invite the employee directly to use the Hadirr application, simply check Invite personnel to Hadirr, then click Save as shown in the image below.
B. Import from Excel
The personnel data import method using an Excel template is an efficient solution to simplify employee data management. In general, the steps that need to be followed by the admin are:
Download the latest Excel template
Fill in the personnel data according to the format and upload the file to the Hadirr system
Here are the detailed step-by-step instructions for bulk employee data input:
Download and Complete the Template
Go to Personnel > Add Personnel Data > Import from Excel > Click Here > Download Template
Important Notes !
Hadirr will display the number of rows according to the available personnel quota slots in the Excel template. Complete the data according to the specified format. Changing the format may affect the success of the data upload.
Upload The Template
Go to Personnel > Add Personnel Data > Import from Excel > Select File > Check “Invite personnel to Hadirr” > UploadHadirr will display a preview as a validation step to indicate which data entries match the required format and which do not. You will need to make corrections before the data can be saved.
C. Import from Gadjian
This method provides significant convenience for Hadirr users who are also subscribed to the Gadjian application. Gadjian is a cloud-based application specifically designed for Human Resource (HR) and payroll management. With cloud-based technology, Gadjian allows flexible access anytime and anywhere, making employee administration easier to manage.
For companies subscribed to both applications, there is a major advantage in managing personnel data. Employee data recorded in Gadjian can be directly copied and transferred to Hadirr, making it easier for you as an Admin to manage and monitor employee attendance without manual data entry. This process accelerates data migration and reduces the risk of errors in data management.
You can add employee data by importing from Gadjian with the following steps:

The “Copy and Pair” option is a solution for admins who have not yet entered employee data in the Hadirr portal. With this feature, employee data in Gadjian will be automatically copied and paired with employee data in Hadirr.
What if the personnel data in Hadirr is still empty and I want to input it by pulling employee data from Gadjian?Select the names from the Gadjian personnel list that you want to duplicate into Hadirr, then click the “Copy and Pair” button.

Pair functions to link each employee name in Gadjian and Hadirr so that daily attendance activities can be integrated.
