You may be wondering what the difference is between the Gadjian and Hadirr applications. Here’s a clear explanation:

Gadjian: Your HR & Payroll Assistant

The Gadjian application functions as your HR administration assistant and payroll. Therefore, the features and functions of these two applications are different.

In line with its purpose, the features and functions in Gadjian are designed to support HR administrative management. Examples of these features include:

  • Employee database management

  • Salary and overtime calculations

  • PPh 21 tax calculations

  • BPJS calculations

  • Attendance and absence records, including leave requests annual leave/ sick leave/ permission/ unpaid leave along with an approval system

Hadirr: Advanced Attendance Tracking Technology

If Gadjian is your HR assistant, then Hadirr serves as a modern solution to complement or replace traditional attendance tools such as manual logs, analog attendance machines (e.g., Amano), or fingerprint devices. Its features are tailored for real-time and mobile workforce tracking, including:

  • Attendance tracking (Clock In/Clock Out)

  • Field visit tracking for sales or mobile employees

  • Claims and reimbursement management

  • Task tracking or employee timesheets

Should You Choose Gadjian or Hadirr?

These two applications are separated to give you the flexibility to choose the one that best fits your company’s needs.

However, Gadjian and Hadirr are integrated with each other. Attendance data from Hadirr can be automatically synced with Gadjian. If your payroll system heavily relies on attendance data as a key factor in performance evaluation or salary calculation, we recommend using both Gadjian and Hadirr to streamline your payroll administration and save time.
