You can easily integrate your company’s Gadjian account with Hadirr. This integration helps simplify payroll calculations, as you only need to import attendance data from Hadirr into Gadjian, and employee salaries will be automatically processed in Gadjian. However, there are a few important requirements to consider.
Requirements for Using Gadjian–Hadirr Integration
You must be a user of both Gadjian and Hadirr
The personnel quota will follow the quota available in Hadirr. Ensure that your Hadirr and Gadjian quotas are equal. If your Hadirr quota is smaller than your Gadjian quota, the integrated personnel data will be adjusted according to the Hadirr quota.
Integration Steps
Follow these simple steps to integrate your Gadjian account with Hadirr:
Please log in to your Gadjian account, then go to the Company Profile menu > click Secret Key - Integration > select Hadirr.
A pop-up will appear prompting you to generate a secret key.
Copy the secret key generated by the system.
Log in to your Hadirr account, then go to the Personnel menu > Personnel Data > Add New Personnel and select Connect to Gadjian.
Copy the secret key you obtained from your Gadjian account, then paste it into your Hadirr account.
Yay, your Hadirr account is now successfully integrated with Gadjian! You can verify this by checking the status shown in the modal.
