The Calendar feature is the latest innovation in the Hadirr application, designed to help Admins manage public holidays, collective leave, and company events more efficiently. With an automatic synchronization system, any changes made will be instantly reflected in the attendance data.
Please go to Mobile Settings > Calendar.
After that, you can configure the calendar according to your company’s policies. To add an event, click “+Add Event” to create a company event.
The calendar settings in Hadirr provide two types of events:
a. Public Holiday
This type can be used for government-declared public holidays, such as religious holidays, New Year, and others. If this event type is applied, the employee attendance status will automatically be set to Non-Working Day (BHK) according to the specified date. If employees already have assigned work schedules or shifts, their attendance status will still automatically change to Non-Working Day (BHK) when the date is set as a Public Holiday event in the calendar.
b. Non-Holiday Event
This type can be used for company activities where employees are not given time off, or as a reminder for important company events such as company anniversaries, gatherings, and similar occasions. If this type is selected, it will not affect employee attendance status, as it serves only as an event reminder.
Once the calendar has been set up, you can view the created events in calendar format by clicking the “Calendar Version” button.
ℹ️ Additional Information:
The Calendar feature is intended for admin record-keeping only and is not displayed in the Hadirr application.
Changes in attendance status apply only to employees who have an assigned work schedule.
