As part of our commitment to enhancing user data security, Hadirr now includes an additional verification process when you log in to your account. This is to ensure that no one else is attempting to access your account. There’s no need to worry, this update will not affect or change any data in your Hadirr account.
How Hadirr Sends Login Activity Emails
When you log in using your computer, laptop, or mobile device with a specific internet connection (for example, your office Wi-Fi), the system will detect your IP address.
Example:
103.121.110.106 is your usual login IP address when accessing Hadirr using your laptop connected to your office Wi-Fi.If at another time you access Hadirr using a different device or a new internet connection that has never been used before, the system will re-detect the IP address and identify it as unusual login activity.
Example:
A new IP address when logging in using mobile data might be 120.118.35.254.To help protect your account, the system will send you an email notification whenever it detects unusual login activity, such as login attempts from a different location or device than usual.

Next, please check your email inbox (including Updates, Spam, or Junk folders) associated with your Hadirr account. You will find an email sent from "[email protected]" with the subject "New Login Activity Confirmation."
If you recognize the login activity, you can click the "Yes, that's me" button. If you do not recognize the activity, please ignore the email.

This step is essential to prevent potential hackers who may already have your account password from performing unwanted actions, such as sending spam or accessing and deleting valuable data from your account.
If you choose to confirm by clicking "Yes, It Was Me", you will be automatically redirected to the Home page.
Important !
The "New Login Activity Confirmation" email is only valid for up to 3 hours after it is sent. After this period, the link will expire. If this happens, please try logging in again so the system can send you a new login activity email.

In any case, maintaining account security requires collective effort to ensure the system runs safely and effectively. We strongly recommend creating a strong and secure password. Your password should be difficult to guess and must not contain personal information such as your date of birth or phone number. It should include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Additionally, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your email account can provide an extra layer of security.
Hope this helps !
